Shot a few Waskelly Wabbits in the past, but would prefer blowing those Meeces to Pieces now the mouse plague is here.

BB guns do the trick, Andy, though traps are simpler.

Fauci; and we were all just "conspiracy theorists..."

Wal-Mart treats customers like criminals and criminals like customers. I've been to Wal-Mart ONCE in the last year and a half...

Mr. Adamas' revivification; that's me, cuz it's Friday...

Borden's Milk; My grandmother hated Borden's trademark; Elsa the cow... My grandmother's name was Elsa...

Pacific States Steel Plant; "Inexpensive Japanese steel" is made when cars, trucks, and buses are ground up here in the USA, and the bits loaded onto ships bound for Japan to be melted down. I still can't find anyone who can tell me how that's cheaper than doing the whole operation here. I lived in Alameda, CA for three years. There was a car grinder on the other side of the estuary, in Oakland. I could hear and see the entire operation from where I lived... all day... a-a-a-and all night...

Those "Desert Cooler" bags weren't just for extra radiator water. They were hung on the grille, in front of the radiator The bags were covered with cloth on the outside, and were designed to "weep." The weeping slowly wet the cloth. The hot, dry air passed over the wet cloth, cooling the air being drawn into the radiator. These bags were still being used in the 70's when I moved to the Wild, Wild West. We don't need them anymore, as engines that once ran at 120* and were overheated at 210* are now only "warmed up" at 210* and aren't overheating until they hit around 260*.

Pf, if it wasn't for the missus, I'd rarely darken Chinamart's door.
